Project:  Convert  and remodel existing building and add additional showroom for a Fiat dealership

Existing Building:  12,000 Sq.Ft.  Old GTE telephone company building, built in 1962, two level , upper level at street elevation, lower level basement below the north side of property.

Additional Showroom:  4,000 Sq.Ft. attached to the upper level on south side. Completed in 2012.
